The Myth of the Hip Hop Protest
Most people think that Hip Hop is not good but I have new for people who think that. Yes it’s true some Hip Hop artist are bad with someone of the words they chooses to say, but it’s that free of speech, yes I can say children watch television and pick up the word but I also think that it is up to the parents to allow them to have the control because if that child did not have it then we can assume that they are not listen to curses and watching the beating or the dirty dancing parents need to take control of there children. I was listen to the radio one morning and Kany west I he were saying these word “ look what they are doing us sending our family to war, the rich is getting richer and the middle class people are know becoming poor, the economy is down, everyday people are losing there jobs etc and what are we suppose to do, then he went on to say that we as artist need to start given back to the middle class people. Our ancestor died for us to have the right to vote, the right to protest etc, in this day and age I look back and I say things were really hard then and today isn’t that but what if history repeat itself. Look at us know Obama is priedent of the U.S, know we can say to ourselves if he can do it then we do not cannot say we cannot not make it this life. Back to what I was listen to that morning, he went on to say I will get as many people I know to help me give back to those who needed. Then a couple of days later he went to a show and someone was taken picture of him and he said nicely can you please stop taken picture he said it more then once and then a few seconds later he punch the guy in his face. I believe that Kany West had the right to do so because he ask nicely and this new cass did not back down, next thing you see he is arrested for hitting someone, as we all know recently his mom passed away and he blame himself for her death. Kany states that we will not settle for noting less but what is right.

This election is very important to many of us but the question we have to ask ourselves do our vote count; I say no other will argue that, because as you know it is the Electoral College that has the final says in the situation about the new presidency. We might get to vote and give our opinion about who we would like to be our next president but they actually make the decision for us giving us only so much freedom. What do I think about this election? I believe that we have two strong candidates but we can only have one president, I think Obama is the strongest candidate we have for the simple fact that his opponent is always trying to knock him down but Obama will not stand for that. Obama is worrying about our future where his opponent is only thinking about the rich people, what about the middle class and the poor people that is suffering trying to stay in their homes. Everything that is happening in our society is to be question especially when we are voting for our next president. I agree with McCain on only one point that Obama will make our future children pay more taxes in the near future. There are several facts that we can argue about this election so I encourage everyone to go out and vote for our next president
